EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

 

EXCHANGE

  • We only accept an unworn, unwashed returned product with original tags within 7 days of purchase.
  • We offer an exchange for the wrong sizes delivered from our end. We also offer an exchange if the customer does not fit their ordered sizes. In this case, the customer will have to pay 20 SAR of the product's price for the new item and return the previous to the rider.

RETURN

  • Please return goods if the products are found damaged or defective at the time of delivery only.
  • The customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery. i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our provided address. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • We only accept any unworn or unwashed product with original tags within 07 days of purchase for a return.

REFUND

We make our products with complete care. If you received a damaged/defective/ Incorrect order then, you could always return it and we will issue you a 100% store credit for the purchase price of your order (shipping and discounts aren’t included in this).

In such a case, if a customer does not want the item and requests a refund, they can do so within 3 days of purchase.

Please note that we don’t issue cash refunds for returns. Customers returning items will be issued refunds in the form of store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any form.
